Friendly staff. Clean room and good House keeping Service. There's a supermarket very nearby and the seller is also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there.

The hostel is very well located, amid all major attractions, but also very importantly close to the tram stop of T1 from where you can embark on your journeys around the immense city. Considering prices in Istanbul, it is a very good value. My room was comfortable, clean, cozy, even there seemed to be floor heating in the bathroom! The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and do a great job. I thank them all for the professionalism and kindness.

The location is excellent, ten minutes from the Blue Mosque and all the major sights of Istanbul. I appreciated the level of comfort for this price: the room had everything I needed - good shower, hot water, comfortable bed, storage space. I was able to leave luggage here after check-out.

Location was good. As traveling with kids they it helped us alot as they have washing machine ajd good size balcony which helped us alot. Staff was very nicr helpful and take initiative to explain about city and if anything needed. Saleh was at reception when we arrived . Very nice and helpful guy

It is close to tram stations and metro the staff were very helpful and friendly very clean and cosy

Well located value for money. I was given a free upgrade without asking which was great. Helpful and friendly staff especially Naadirah at reception. She went beyond her duties in making us comfortable. Sorry couldn't say a proper goodbye on departure.

The rooms were clean and spacious. They had air conditioning as an option. They had hot showers and clean water. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly from the beginning, Wifi was quick and efficent. The staff were friendly and kind throughout my stay. I felt safe as a female solo traveller at all times. I also think the hotel was in a fantastic location 8 min walk from the blue mosque, 12 min walk from Grand baazaar. 4 min walk from train and buses that you can take to anatolian side or to The Galata Tower area. Overall i loved location and stay. I would definetly stay here again when i come to Istanbul

Overall I had a really good experience. Manager/owner Salih deserves a special mentioning, he was very polite and very helpful with anything I enquired/required. They also upgraded my room to an apartment which was a bonus. One point to note is that if you are a fan of the service/experience of typical commercial chain hotel then this hotel is probably not for you. It is rather a family run hotel with personal touches.
